Hello and welcome back to
another episode of the Cookbook Love Podcast. Today I’m excited to
share an interview with cookbook collector and baker Tina Zaccardi.
Tina is a mom, wife, NY Yankee fan, and competitive self-taught
baker. Tina is also the winner of Season 4 Holiday Edition of The
Great American Baking Show. Yes, she spent some time last fall in
“The Tent”! Tina has been baking for as long as she can
remember, but it’s only within the past few years that this has
become a passion. For Tina, baking is about making others happy!
Today on the show we talk about Tina’s favorite baking cookbooks,
some traditional Italian cookies, and the role of photography in
providing visual clues about baked goods with which we are
unfamiliar.
